WHERE TO EAT
Father’s Office 3229 Helms Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90034
Home of the much touted “Office Burger.” This is the best burger I have had in my life.
Chichen Itza 3655 S Grand Ave C6, Los Angeles, CA 900668
It’s in the middle of a store, but you’ll be pleasantly surprised, really tasty, authentic Mexican food.
A posher, Californian version of McDonalds only found in California…you should try it.
The Ivy 113 N Robertson Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90048
Brunch and celeb spotting…we saw
HAVE SUSHI SOMEWHERE IN CALIFORNIA!! Unfortunately I don’t have a name of the wonderful sushi place we stumbled on, but trust me sushi is good in California.
Cracked Crab 751 Price St, Pismo Beach, CA 9344
You may have to wait for a table, but it’s worth it. Order a bucket of crab and shrimp and it is literally thrown out on to your table. Have fun working out the easiest way to crack open the crab claws with the many instruments you are provided with.
Hula’s Island Grill 622 Lighthouse Ave, Monterey, CA 93940
Hawaiian restaurant, we went on a Tuesday which just so happened to be happy hour – half price cocktails and $5 starters.
Hazel’s Kitchen 1319 18th St San Francisco, CA 94107
We came across this cute little sandwich place on trendy Potrero Hill after not being able to get a table in the ever so popular Plow (2 hour wait for brunch!)
